Mhete has finally introduced a new material... beads!

I have always been obsessed with beaded jewellery, and have been figuring out how to incorporate them into Mhete for a while.

African jewellery consisted of beads made out of bones and wood until trade opened up with Europe, and venetian and Czech glass beads were introduced into their culture. The type of jewellery and colour of the beads all hold significant meaning in tribal culture.
